HUNTER HOMES’ SUPPORTS SCHOLARSHIPS
Hunter Homes is investing in the future of students at Newcastle High School with a $6,000 contribution to our Senior Prefect Scholarship Program. Hunter Homes Marketing Manager, Mrs Alana Hall, outlined their commitment to the education of young people, “we firmly believe that every student should have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.”
This investment involves contributing $2,000 per year year for three years to the Senior Prefect Scholarship Program. The first contribution has already been used to purchase laptops for two worthy students whose attendance, grades, attitude and need met the criteria. Mrs Hall added "by investing in their education, we hope to empower the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers who will shape the future of our community and beyond.” The Scholarship program also provides funds to assist up to three Year 7 Students attend the annual School Camp.
School Captain, Jessica McKerrow, on behalf of the Senior Prefect Team and Newcastle High, thanked Hunter Homes for their generous support, “it is great to see a local business recognise the value of education and want to provide support to help our students achieve their goals.
