Each year NSW Health works in partnership with schools to offer the vaccines recommended by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) for adolescents as part of the school vaccination program.
In 2025 the following vaccines will be offered:
- Year 7 – HPV (Human Papillomavirus) a single dose and Boostrix- dTpa (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) as a single dose.
- Year 10 – Meningococcal ACWY as a single dose.
The 2025 School Immunisation Program is as follows:
- Wednesday 2 April
- Tuesday 10 June
- Tuesday 16 September – catch up
The following student cohorts are eligible for catch up at any clinic if they have returned a signed consent form in the appropriate year:
