Reconciliation Assembly Image

Write it Right is our Aboriginal Literacy program for Year 8 students focused on taking colloquial conversations into written academic writing. Students attend cultural experiences ran by Murrook Cultural Centre to provide inspiration for their writing. The program consists of two timetabled lessons per cycle that allow for the students to discuss, brainstorm, plan and write responses in a range of forms including; recount, imaginative and persuasive texts.
